Firstly, we would just like to thank our amazing customers for their incredible show of support throughout our first year of trading. Your support has enabled us to invest in our equipment and services, and we have strived to continually improve the quality of options available to you. We hope to continue providing quality stabling and accommodation to guests of Keysoe for many years to come.
It is with great regret that we are forced to close the guest house & self-catering cottages until further notice, following on from the government guidelines and with consideration to the bio-security risks, it would be highly irresponsible of us to continue allowing guests to stay whilst these social distancing and quarantine measures are in place.
We ask you for your patience whilst we deal with the cancellations and refunds due to all involved with the accommodation & stable bookings. We will begin with those affected during March, and continue week by week until the government feels it prudent to relax the quarantine measures. Our cashflow has stopped overnight and we are striving to find funding options to allow us not only to refund you, but to keep our staff in work and continue with our business. With that in mind, we would implore that where possible, our guests consider accepting a credit note, or alternative dates in lieu of refunds, for those able to accept these alternatives, we will provide an extra night in the guest house, cottages or stabling in addition to your revised dates, free of charge. We understand that many of you are in the same situation as us, and may be struggling financially, and we will endeavour to return monies owed as soon as we are able to secure emergency funding. We thankyou in advance for your patience and understanding in this matter, and look forward to greeting you all once the situation is resolved.
